No worshipers seek protection under the open cloak of the Madonna who seems to embrace us all. Life-size polychrome wood carving by an anonymous Venetian artist of the XVI century. The sculpture is positioned above the impressive de' Barbari's woodcut of Venice, in room 32 of the Museo Correr.
