Ponte de Ca' Giovanelli connects San Stae with Fondamenta de Ca' Giovanelli that runs alongside Palazzo Foscarini-Giovanelli. The Giovanelli was a noble family originally from Bergamo. The bridge was first built in wood, then in stone and finally, in the 19th cent., as it appears today.
